  12.     I just bought a SupraExpress 288 PnP and I'm having a problem with 
  13. it.  I run a bulletin board and have always had USR's and BOCCA's and 
  14. this is my first Supra.  First of all I need to know a good init string 
  15. for it.  I looked in the manual but it tells you nothing since in PnP.  
  16. While I'm on the topic I hate PnP.  Anyways, the other problem is that it 
  17. it will drop carrier at anytime in a transfer.  This happens once in a 
  18. awhile, sometimes after about 30 seconds or maybe ever 20 minutes.  
  19. Sometimes it doesn't do this at all.  I've noticed that it seems to do it 
  20. mostly with modems that re V.FC?  Is this an already proven fact or is it 
  21. just a coinsidence?  Another problem is that when I call out on it I 
  22. can't connect to 2400 systems. I'm going to be getting a second 28.8 in a 
  23. few days and I was wondering what brands you would suggest?  Is Cardinal 
  24. any good?
